Product Details

Product introduction

A dedicated automated assembly and testing production line for automotive air conditioning refrigerant distribution valve modules. It is suitable for multi-channel refrigerant distribution valve bodies for fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles. It automatically completes valve body press installation, sealing ring assembly, wire harness plug-in, power-on reversal performance, high-voltage insulation, and waterway micro-leakage detection. It is a modular independent station that can quickly switch 2~8 diameter distribution valve products. It is equipped with a CAN bus electronic control detection unit and an RFID single-piece traceability system. It is suitable for mass production by professional manufacturers of air-conditioning thermal management parts.

Core Advantages Highlights

Detailed explanation of core functions and values

Valve body precision press assembly

The servo press close-loop controls the pressing force and displacement curves of the valve core and sealing ring, automatically identifying defects such as sticking and insufficient pressing, ensuring the long-term stability of the internal sealing structure of the valve body and preventing cross-flow of refrigerant while driving.

Automatic wiring harness plugging and locking

The wire harness terminals are automatically conveyed, and the servo is accurately inserted into the valve body's electronic control interface. The torque module is locked with the wire harness fixing buckle to detect the terminal insertion in place signal to prevent valve body control failure caused by false connections or loose connections.

CAN bus commutation electronic control test

The equipment simulates the vehicle VCU to issue cooling/heating/defrost reversal instructions, collects the valve body reversal response time and in-position signal, verifies the multi-channel refrigerant distribution logic, and intercepts valve body stuck and electronic control failure faults in advance.

Insulation withstand voltage and micro leakage dual detection

High-voltage insulation test: For new energy vehicle valve bodies, verify the insulation performance of the coil to prevent safety hazards of high-voltage leakage;

Dry vacuum leak detection: detects micro-leakage in the inlet and outlet seals of the valve body to avoid slow loss of refrigerant and attenuation of air conditioning refrigeration.

Single piece digital quality traceability

RFID binds the valve body model, press fitting parameters, electronic control commutation data, and leakage detection results. All data is stored for more than 10 years, supporting the IATF16949 quality audit of the OEM.

Commercial value: After-sales failures such as distribution valve electronic control failure and refrigerant leakage have been reduced by 85%. A single production line can replace 5 assembly and inspection workers. For small-batch trial production, workstation tooling can be purchased separately, which lowers the customer's initial equipment investment threshold.
