WR120E 120W medium-flow vehicle-mounted circulation pump, DC12V/DC24V dual voltage universal, rated flow 30L/min, lift ≥10m, positioned in the cooling scenarios of large and medium-sized buses, RVs, medium-sized loaders, and agricultural machinery equipment. Compared with the WR100E, the hydraulic flow channel has been upgraded and widened, and the antifreeze delivery flow rate has been increased. Multiple parallel cooling pipelines can also maintain uniform flow output. The anti-seismic structure of the permanent magnet motor has been fully strengthened to handle the complex bumpy road conditions of heavy-duty vehicles and stable output in the dusty and humid environment of the construction site. A full set of on-board fault protection covers high-frequency vehicle operating conditions such as idling, frequent starts and stops, unstable voltage, long-term high load overheating, etc. It can also ensure uninterrupted operation of the cooling system even when driving long distances unattended. The coolant-specific PQ curve covers an ultra-wide flow range of 0-4500L/h. The lift in the common working section of 0-2500L/h is stable at more than 10m. The power output is gentle and will not increase the power supply load of the on-board generator. The whole machine has a thickened anti-corrosion pump body, EPDM fully sealed structure to prevent antifreeze leakage, standardized vehicle mounting brackets, and strong adaptability to small cabin spaces; the brushless motor is low-noise and low-vibration, and there is no additional abnormal noise during driving that affects the driving experience. Supports OEM customization of vehicle waterproof wiring harness, quick connectors, and mounting flange dimensions. It is suitable for bus power battery cooling, RV whole-house heating water circulation, and medium-sized engineering machinery hydraulic oil cooling. A full set of engineering dimensional drawings and performance parameters are provided to support customized supporting development by OEMs.
