WR50E 50W micro vehicle cooling water pump is specially developed for small electric vehicles, small RV air conditioners, micro energy storage battery packs, and vehicle humidifier water cooling systems. The fuselage is extremely compact, using an integrated micro permanent magnet brushless motor and an internal EPDM anti-corrosion seal. It can transport antifreeze for a long time without leakage or rust. The whole machine has undergone on-board anti-seismic strengthening treatment to handle vehicle bumps and start-stop voltage fluctuations and operate stably. The drive board integrates a complete set of on-board protection mechanisms. If the pipeline runs dry due to water shortage, the motor is blocked, or the voltage drops, it can shut down in milliseconds to avoid on-board battery loss and equipment damage. Equipped with a special PQ performance curve for 50% ethylene glycol, the head output is gentle in the 0-36L/min flow range, and low-power operation will not increase the load on the vehicle circuit. Standardized quick-plug water inlet and outlet connectors, the installation base is compact in size and can be embedded in small cabins and battery compartments, making assembly and maintenance easy. The brushless structure operates silently and without vibration, and will not interfere with electronic equipment in the car; it supports customized wire harness lengths and plug specifications, and is suitable for low-speed electric vehicles, small water supply and cooling for camping, and heat dissipation of vehicle-mounted medical and aesthetic equipment.
