WA1 AC intelligent circulation pump is adapted to AC220V and AC380V industrial mains. It is specially designed for high-power fixed industrial fluid circulation systems. It inherits the core technology of the entire series of permanent magnet motors and a full set of intelligent control functions. It supports PWM and 485 dual speed regulation modes, and the FG signal provides real-time feedback on the operating status. The AC power supply does not require additional DC power supply and can be directly connected to the industrial power supply line of the factory, simplifying the supporting structure of the whole machine. Built-in full-dimensional fault protection, automatic power-off protection in response to grid voltage fluctuations, water shortage in pipelines, motor overload and other problems. The anti-rust pump body can transport cooling water and antifreeze mixed media for a long time. The performance curve has stable head output, and the power curve is flat without peak impact under large flow conditions, reducing circuit load losses. Standardized flange installation dimensions, unified positioning holes, and standardized water inlet and outlet pipe diameters facilitate the integration of large chillers, injection molding machine cooling, and central heating systems. Compared with traditional AC brushed water pumps, the efficiency is increased by more than 25%, and there is no carbon brush loss to reduce later maintenance costs. It supports 24-hour uninterrupted industrial continuous operation. Customized adjustments to power and voltage can be made according to the flow and lift requirements of customer equipment.
