WR600A-400W is the high-lift basic model of the WA intelligent circulating pump series, with a rated power of 400W, compatible with DC24V and DC48V dual DC power supplies, a rated flow of 50L/min, and a stable lift of ≥26m. It is specially designed for high-resistance and long-pipeline cooling scenarios. The product adopts a self-developed ultra-efficient permanent magnet motor hydraulic solution and is equipped with a sensorless intelligent control algorithm. It can accurately control the speed without external sensors. It supports PWM speed regulation and 485 bus communication. It comes with FG speed signal feedback and can be directly connected to an industrial control PLC to achieve automated closed-loop temperature control. The whole machine integrates ten layers of protection mechanisms. It can automatically shut down for protection due to water shortage, dry running, overload stalling, and over-temperature drive failure. The internal anti-rust structure is suitable for clean water and diluted glycol media. Equipped with an exclusive PQ performance curve, the flow rate is gentle attenuation in the range of 0-100L/min, the installation dimensions are standardized, and the tolerance of the base positioning hole is strictly controlled within ±0.3mm. It can be directly matched with machine tool water cooling, photovoltaic energy storage cabinets, and small industrial chillers. The brushless structure has no carbon brush wear, and the 24-hour continuous operation life can reach tens of thousands of hours. The energy consumption is reduced by more than 30% compared with traditional brushed water pumps. It is suitable for the integration of various DC power supply intelligent cooling equipment.
