Product Details

Product introduction

This station develops lightweight semi-automatic assembly stations for small-batch trial production of multi-category parts, flexible sampling of multiple specifications, and low- to medium-capacity production, covering assembly scenarios for automotive thermal management parts, electronic controllers, valves, and interior small parts. Integrated servo press unit, electric tightening module, simple positioning tooling, photoelectric safety protection, and handheld code scanning traceability module, can be used independently as a stand-alone machine, or can be connected to a fully automatic assembly line as a front/replenishment station; taking into account automation accuracy and manual flexible operation, it greatly reduces the initial equipment investment of a fully automated production line, and is suitable for production scenarios such as new product development, small batch orders, and frequent changes in multiple varieties.

Detailed explanation of core functions and values

Servo precision automated assembly process

Automatically complete standardized processes such as gasket press-fitting, terminal crimping, and bolt tightening. The system collects press-fitting force and tightening torque curves in a closed loop. The equipment automatically locks and alarms in the event of pressure deviation, leakage, or false tightening to avoid assembly defects from the source. Manual work is only responsible for loading special-shaped workpieces and aligning complex structures, greatly reducing manual assembly errors.

New product small batch flexible proofing function

With more than 20 sets of product process program databases built-in, when customers develop new products, they only need to import process parameters to quickly debug the station without customizing new equipment; a single station can rotate 3 to 5 different parts for trial production at the same time, perfectly matching the needs of R&D laboratories and trial production workshops.

Fully automatic upgrade and expansion capability

Standard communication and mechanical interfaces are reserved for robots, visual inspection, and circular conveyor lines at the workstation. When customers increase production capacity in the future, they can directly install six-axis robots, visual cameras, and RFID pallet transport modules, and upgrade fully automatic workstations in situ. The original electronic control, press-fitting, and tightening units are all reused to avoid the waste of repeated equipment purchases.

Lightweight digital traceability management

The operator holds a code scanner to scan the QR code of the workpiece, and the equipment automatically binds and stores the assembly pressure, torque, operating time, and operator number; the data can be connected to the factory MES system to generate a simple quality inspection report to meet basic parts quality traceability requirements.

Safety interlock protection management and control

Photoelectric safety gratings are installed on both sides of the workstation. When manual hands reach into the working area, the pressing and tightening actions are automatically suspended; pressure overload and program failure trigger emergency stop locking, and a synchronized HMI pop-up window prompts a fault code to ensure the personal safety of the operator.

Commercial value: A single workstation replaces 2 to 3 manual assembly workers, and the defective parts assembly rate is reduced by 70%; new product trial production does not require the investment in high-cost fully automatic production lines, and the equipment payback period is shortened to less than 1 year; full automation can be upgraded in situ, and the total cost of long-term equipment procurement is reduced by 45%.
