Product Details

Product introduction

One-stop vehicle door lock system dedicated testing tool, compatible with mechanical door locks, keyless electronic door locks, and ignition switch locks. It automatically completes lock body press installation, induction module assembly, lock tongue opening and closing durability, electronically controlled unlocking, and full-dimensional sealing testing. It is an independent integrated stand-alone machine that can be connected to the body parts assembly line. The CAN bus simulates the vehicle unlocking signal to achieve factory verification of the full performance of the door lock.

Core Advantages Highlights

Three types of locks flexible collinear

One-click switching of production programs for mechanical door locks, electronic door locks, and ignition locks;

Vehicle CAN unlock signal simulation

Completely reproduce the body controller unlocking instructions and verify the electronic control logic;

The durability of the lock tongue is tested online for tens of thousands of times

Simulate frequent opening and closing of car doors to screen for fatigue failure of the lock body;

Lock body seal micro-leakage detection

Test the waterproof sealing performance to avoid car wash water failure;

Automatic fault classification statistics

The system automatically summarizes the proportion of defects in three categories: stuck, induction failure, and water leakage;

Hierarchical modular work stations

The assembly and testing units can be separated and used separately, suitable for small batch trial production.

Detailed explanation of core functions and values

Automatic assembly of lock body structure

The robot grabs the lock core, spring, and induction module, and the servo press accurately presses the lock body shell. The multi-axis tightening module locks the fixed bolts, collects the pressing force and torque curves in real time, and automatically alarms for missing springs and incorrectly tightened bolts to isolate defective products.

Mechanical deadbolt durability opening and closing test

The servo-driven deadbolt repeatedly locks and unlocks 6,000 times, collects the resistance and rebound strength of the deadbolt, and identifies spring fatigue, lock core wear, and stuck defects to prevent customers from being unable to open or close the door locks for a long time.

Electronic unlocking CAN bus simulation test

The equipment simulates the body BCM to issue unlocking/locking instructions, detects the electronic door lock induction signal and motor drive response speed, verifies the stability of the electronically controlled unlocking under low temperature and humid working conditions, and intercepts failure parts of the induction module and drive motor in advance.

Lock body waterproof sealing leak detection

Pressurize the lock body cavity and use dry vacuum leak detection to detect micro-leakage in the shell seams and wiring harness interface seals to avoid door lock corrosion and circuit short circuit failure caused by water intrusion during car washes and rainy days.

Full-link digital traceability of door lock quality

Each lock body is bound with a unique QR code, and the assembly torque, opening and closing durability data, CAN communication test results, and leakage values are all stored for more than 10 years. The docking MES meets the IATF16949 quality audit requirements of the OEM.

Commercial value: After-sales problems such as stuck door locks, water intrusion, corrosion, and electronic unlocking failures have been reduced by 90%. A single machine can replace 5 assembly and inspection workers; the detachable unit can be adapted to the small batch trial production of customers' new products, lowering the threshold for early equipment investment.
